We knew we had to get a different vehicle soon, took our time researching what we wanted, and deciding on the exact color combination. I felt that other dealerships were preying on me, the single female, when I went to their car lots alone. At one place I was told the color combination we want does not exist (dk cherry ext/beige leather int). At another place I was talked to as if I were a naughty teen who had taken the car without permission and got caught. I considered putting money into the 10 year old car so that I could put off the car buying process for several years. I told everyone I know what horrible experiences I had at other dealerships. Through my word of mouth, I was guided to Eddy at the Waukesha Kia dealership. He is absolutely fabulous. He knows the Kia inside and out. The price negotiating process was completely painfree! Once our new vehicle arrived, Eddy took as much time as we needed to show us everything. Then he had me go through the features while he watched to make sure I was familiar with everything on my new Kia. He told me if any questions come up, I should call him or stop in and he will answer my questions. If he doesn't know, he will find out. I cannot say enough good things about Eddy and my entire experience at Russ Darrow Kia in Waukesha. I have told everyone I know and even people I don't know about my enjoyable car-buying experience and suggested they see Eddy and no one else.
