I just wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I continually recieve by your sale representative, Dale Hansen.  I am very delighted to have had the pleasure of dealing with Dale during all of my Honda purchases at Russ Darrow. His professional and courteous attitude and expert knowledge, and patience in handleing my specific issues were very important to my complete customer satisfaction. He has also been very accomodating and super freindly to my wife and daughter, as they have normally been along during the purchases.Hondas are obviously vehicles, but the tedium of purchasing any car can be a very negative factor in the excitement of acquiring a new vehicle. In the past , I have always felt that car sales people were not sensitive to my needs and always seemed to merely provide the most convenient and profitable soulotion to my requirements from their perspective only; but not with Dale Hansen. During AND after vehicle purchases, Dale always handles my issues as if they were his own, and I am always completely satisfied. When the time comes to replace our current Hondas, I will continue to come to Dale and look forward to patronizing Russ Darrow Honda, I hope that you will the thanks on to him.
